I make our weekly menu every Wednesday. The week on the menu runs from Thursday to Wednesday. Why do I do it that way instead of from Sunday to Monday? The grocery flyers come out on Wednesday. I incorporate sale items into our weekly menu. (I also look at what’s in the freezer, what’s in the refrigerator and what’s in the garden.)
