The Cook’s Thesaurus

The other day The Man of the House and I were trying to remember a type of cheese that our pal Robin had mentioned.  It was easy to melt and started with a “f”.  I love a good Internet search so with that information I was off and running.

The cheese in question is fontina and the website that supplied the answer is The Cook’s Thesaurus.  This nifty website has photos, descriptions, substitutions and explanations of ingredients.   Just take a look at this cheese page.
