As you know, I make jam in my bread machine. But sometimes Erroll asks me if it’s not really jelly. When I stopped to think about it I just wasn’t sure.
The Apartment Farm posted an article that clearly spells out the difference between jam, jelly, marmalade and number of other possible toast toppings.
After looking everything over I’ve decided that I really do make jam. However in the case of tomato jam it’s a little hard to say.
