This is a great recipe for using up leftover ham. It’s really tasty despite the odd combination of ingredients. Who knew that cream of mushroom soup and ketchup could be good together?
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
1/3 cup chopped green pepper
1 T olive oil
3 cups corkscrew-shaped pasta
12 oz. leftover ham, cubed
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup catsup
1/3 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- Cook and drain pasta.
- Cook and stir onion and green pepper in olive oil until onion is tender.
- Combine all ingredients and pour into casserole dish. Cover. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
