This is one of the recipes we use when we’re just too tired to cook. It’s quick and easy and saves us from the lure of fast food.
2 Cups uncooked macaroni
1 Can condensed cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
1-2 Cups grated cheddar cheese
Cook the macaroni. While it’s cooking grate the cheese. Once the macaroni is done drain it. While it’s draining combine the soup (undiluted) and the cheese. Stir constantly over medium heat. Keep at it until the cheese is melted. (This should just take a minute or two.) Then add the drained macaroni, stir and enjoy.
If you have any left over meat chop it up and throw it in. You can also add a tablespoon of ranch salad dressing to give it a little zip.
