We recently sold our home. It was quite an adventure! For the next few Mondays I’ll be posting about the experience. What surprised me. What worked for us and what didn’t work. Today’s post is about real estate photos.
In the past people talked about “curb appeal”. While that’s still important, photo appeal is equally as important. By photo appeal I mean having professional photos taken to display in the Internet.
In today’s real estate market place many people are starting their home search on the web. John L. Scott has a terrific home search tool. Zillow is a real estate site that has taken home buying to a while new level. That’s why the photos on the Internet listings are so important. Great photos can lead to showings and showings lead to sales. Poor photos lead to being on the market for a long, long time.
And if you’re in Utah, Danny Lee of Danny Lee Photography is one of the best real estate photographers that I’ve seen.
